Check-in/Check-out

Check-in to the apart-hotel is from 15:00.

Check-out from the apart-hotel is until 12:00.

You can use the late check-out service until 18:00 or early check-in from 03:00.

The cost of the service is 50% of the daily accommodation rate.

Stay Regulations

We kindly ask you to respect your neighbors and observe quiet hours:

on weekdays from 22:00 to 08:00,

on weekends and holidays from 22:00 to 10:00,

at daytime, regardless of the day of the week, from 13:00 to 15:00.

Please note that smoking in our apartments is strictly prohibited.

The cost of additional anti-tobacco cleaning is 10,000 rubles.

Please do not leave trash in the corridors and public areas. On each floor, there is a special garbage room with separate waste collection, located next to the elevator halls.
