The conference hall rental service includes:

  • Conference hall rental;
  • Provision of A4 paper and pens;
  • Wireless internet connection;
  • Bottled water for each participant (1 pc. per person);
  • Flipchart / magnetic marker board, flipchart sheets (5 pcs), set of markers, magnets, sponge;
  • A 10% discount on accommodation for event participants at the YES Technopark apart-hotel.


For rentals exceeding 4 hours, payment is charged at the full-day rate.

Coffee breaks / buffet catering can be arranged.
